Data Deletion

1. Introduction
This page explains how you can delete the data associated with your Mind account, including any data obtained through Facebook Login.
When you sign in to Mind ("Service") using Facebook, we receive basic profile information (such as your name and email address) to create and maintain your account. You may request the deletion of this data at any time.
2. Delete Your Data From Within the App
If you have a Mind account, you can remove your data yourself:
- Sign in to your Mind account.
- Go to Account Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm the request.
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, saved trends, topics, and chat history.
3. Request Deletion by Contacting Support
If you are unable to access your account, or you signed in with Facebook and want your data removed, you can send us a deletion request directly.
Email support@mind.montivory.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address or Facebook account name associated with your Mind account.
We will verify your identity before processing the request.
4. What Happens After a Request
Once we receive and verify your request:
- We will delete your personal data within 30 days.
- This includes your profile information, account credentials, saved trends, topics, and chat history.
- Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (for example, fraud prevention or accounting records), as described in our Privacy Policy.
We will send a confirmation to your email address once the deletion is complete.
